All alone

I stand in blackness I stand in a place of no sould No smiles No laughter No tears I stand alone. I reach out blindly Dying to have someone near me Who will always remain there My hands reach And grasp air I fall to my knees And wish with all my heart That I had people near me Who cared. Who would never forget me I wish Like so many other times, Someone was here with me when I shed a tear When I laughed out loud When I needed hands to hold me As I cry my pain away Now, Standing in the darkness I know what I am It slaps me so hard I fall back I have no one No one cares I am in blackness I am alone.
